Sir before sometimes I do interview in Carrefour and after interview they select me then give me offer letter with 3 thousand darham through an consultant then after sometime they send me moL letter and ask for complete money then I pay completely with moL letter and then after they keep continuing contact with me on Carrefour official email and after 3 months they pretending that we don't have vacancy as per your sign offer so you can wait for us then I keep email and contacting with them but they pretending they after 1 years they call me and email that we are sorry we regret your application because we don't have vacancy so at least I come to dubai again on visit visa and want to complaints against them because I have each and every email and mol letter evidence so sir/maidam what should I do now?

We would like to inform you that the offer letter is just a promise of contracting and include full description of the parties ”employee and employer” duties and rights according to the country law. In addition to the work conditions and situation, and the company can stop it before signing and that is not violation by the company, as the offer letter is just a promise.

In this case, you can file a complaint at the Ministry of Labor and attach a copy of the letter on the E-mail with your complaint

Sir I am trying to complaints in ministry of labour but it give A lot of problem and I text on ministry of labour what's app but they couldn't reply still sir suggest me a easy way from which I complaints to ministry of labour and I want that they implement my complaints as soon as possible but how I don't know this.
