We would like to inform you that if your inquiry relates to the company's failure to pay your salaries, the following information are important:
According to the UAE Labor Law, the employer has is obliged to pay the salaries of the worker on the specified dates. If he failed to do so, the worker may file a complaint atthe Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation in order to get his pending salaries. Further, we also explain that after the end of the first six months (probation period) and the employer has refrained from payment of salaries, the worker may apply to transfer the sponsorship to another employer if he receives a judgmemt from the Labor Court that he is entitled to a salary of at least two months.
Here are the texts of the UAE Labor Law related to your inquiry:

Any agreement to the contrary shall be null and void, albeit made prior to the date this Law comes into force.f this letter is sent from a private party, this is a warning to pay what you owe to this party but if you are notified by a judicial body, it means that a court judgment has been infringed on your right and you must enforce it. We hope that you will clarify your inquiry so that we can assist you legally.

As a complement to our previous answer, we point out that we cannot expect for sure the time it takes to proceed the case in the court. However, the duration may be between two months to six months and the duration may increase depending on the work pressure of the court.
