We would like to inform you that according to the Federal Civil Procedure Law No. (11) for the year 1992 and to Article (6)
1. No declaration or commencement of an execution procedure shall be made by the delegates of the declaration or execution before 7 am or after 6 pm or on public holidays except in cases of necessity and with the written permission of the Court or the Judge of Urgent Matters.
2. As for the Government and public legal persons, the date of the announcement or the commencement of execution in respect of its activities shall be on its working hours.
As well as Article (7) of it, the declaration paper should include the following data:
The date of the day, month, year and hour in which the declaration was made.
The student's name, surname, profession, job, domicile, place of work, name of representative, title, profession, job, domicile and place of work, if he works for others.
C - the name of the advertiser to him and his title and profession or his job and home if his home was not known at the time of the announcement of the last home was his place of work.
D- The name, function and authority of the advertiser and his signature on the original and copy.
E-The subject of the declaration.
F- The name of the person to whom the declaration was delivered, surname, signed, stamped or imprinted on the original receipt or proof of abstention and reason. The declaration can also be verified by having the data clarified in addition to that the declaration must be bearer of the ratification of the court by the seal
