Hi I have come to Kuwait in work visa I was in the process of getting civil id but due to x Ray problem they told me some test to do I finished that also all came negative means I don’t have any health issue but one culture report will come after 6 weeks but my employer don’t want to wait for my result it ask me to leave the country Wht does this mean whether I have a medical ban ??

If your inquiry relates to the employer's desire to terminate the employment contract, the following information:
The Kuwaiti Labor Law has granted the employer the right to terminate the employment contract during the probationary period of not more than one hundred days.
Here is the text of the Kuwaiti Labor Law concerning your inquiry:
Article (32)
The probation period of the worker shall be specified in the work contract, provided that it shall not exceed 100 working days. Either party may terminate the contract during the probation period without notice. In the event where the termination is made by the employer, he shall pay the worker’s end of service benefit for the period of work in the accordance of the provisions of this Law.
