I had a deportation 10 years bar for unlawful...
I had a deportation 10 years bar for unlawful residence..it passed 9 years already I have 3 American citizens children they live with me in Egypt.. My wife will apply for L1 visa with her boss ..so should I be her beneficiary on this visa and do my waiver ?or should I wait for 11 more month untill my 10 years bar expires?
