We would like to inform you that if there is rental dispute or a case in the Municipality court then it is not possible to transfer the case to another person without legal character as the lawsuit is filed from the legal status before the court and they are parties to the contractual relationship

Even if she agrees to accept this liability since she is clearly misused my documents by not letting me know that there is a case letter sent to her but she never informed as she kept it with her only?
