Hi i am anil bhujel i want to change my job and now i am working four seasons hotel under dyarco for operation service i want to change my job from dyarco to four seasons but my company can not allow to work there .company said by uae law i can not work there untill dyarco and four seasons contract not finsh it is uae law????

We would like to inform you that for leaving the work, there is no problem for resignation, but if your contract is unlimited then you have to send written notice to the employer before 30 days. If it is limited then you have to pay compensation for half month wage per month you will leave till the end of the contract.
Note that if there is any violation by the employer then you can leave the work without paying compensation .
For transferring to a new work, you have to transfer the sponsorship to a new sponsor after the approval from the first employer, and you can do that without his approval by applying to the Ministry of Labor.
