Hello. Good day, Ive worked as a domestic helper in abudabi for 5and half months now, but the problem my employers are not paying me my salary. Its now 3months no pay.. Ive tried asking them several times they say they dont have money.. I want to go back to my country.. I have no acess to wifi in the house, neither do they allow to buy me a recharge card. What legal procedure should i use.. Thank you.. Am leah

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
