So you can go to the Ministry of Justice in Qatar and sign the attorney and clarify the represented person and provide his data, then testify it from the Qatari Foreign Affairs and your country embassy, then send it to the person to represent you and do the procedures instead of you, then he can sell and testify the property legally.
