hello i have question if there is possibility that my boss can allow me to work in other company,even if she cancelled me already from ministry of Labour

If the employer cancelled the visa then there is no ban, as the sponsor can ban you if he didn’t cancel the visa. So cancelling the visa means that you will not be banned.

This is related with the law, so if the visa is cancelled she can ban you by filing an absconding report against you to force you to leave the country.
So it is better to settle with the sponsor to stay in the country and get NOC to change the employer.

but i did withdraw absonding request, now my boss cancelled my working permit already,but i don't know if she already cancelled my visa,because i didn't get any paper from her,even cancellation paper.

In case of cancellation of the escape notice, the person who has the right to cancel the visa is the sponsor and the duration of the cancellation is only one working day if the sponsor submits it. A copy of the cancellation can be obtained from the sponsor and can prevent immigration and residence of foreigners and obtain a copy of the visa cancellation

hello, how would i know if i am not blocked listed, if my boss cancelled my absconding case, would i know it from where? because my boss cancelled my working permit already and my visa, do i have still problem about banned?
