We would like to inform you that If the mother is insecure about the child’s custody because she leaves him at home and works outside the home, in this case a lawsuit can be filed to take custody of her and the custody goes to those who have it in the arrangement after that, according to what was decided by the Kuwaiti Personal Status Law stipulating the following:

Article 189
A- The right of custody of the mother, then of her mother and if she is raised, then of the maternal aunt, then of the maternal aunt, then of the mother's aunt, then of the grandmother of a father, then the father, then the sister, then the aunt, then the aunt of the father, then the maternal aunt, then the daughter of the brother, then the sister of the sister Introducing the brother, then the mother, then the father in everyone.
 B - If there is no one entitled to custody of these, the right to custody is transferred to the chosen guardian, then brother, then the blind grandfather, then the compassionate grandfather, then the nephew, then the uncle, then his son, by introducing the brother, then to the mother, then to the father, whenever possible that.
