If you are on a visa Article 17, which is to work in the government sector upon departure or travel, the non-objection to travel from the sponsor is requested for the purposes of clearance of the expatriate or sponsored and this is considered a condition to leave Kuwait and if you do not get this certificate prevents your travel at all until after obtaining it and to indicate the discharge of your direction to your work
