We would like to inform you that according to UAE Law, which states the following:
Article (56)
Workers employed on yearly or monthly wage basis shall be paid at least once a month; all other workers shall be paid at least once every two weeks.
Article (80)
Before a worker goes on annual leave, his employer shall pay him the full wage due to him plus the leave pay prescribed for him under this Law.
So, you can go to the labor court and file a detailed complaint against the employer then leave the worker as stipulated in:
Article (121):
A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:
1- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
2- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
Submit a complaint to be legally safe from the demands of the employer of compensation so that the employer cannot report your absconding which will lead to a ban from working in the country.
We recommend that you submit a complaint and as it is clarified to collect all your labor rights.
