We would like to inform you that according to the provisions of Article (25) of the Decree No. (45) of the year 2007 on the list of authorized officials and the provisions of documentation of documents related to personal status in the Kingdom of Bahrain,

The marriage judge whose parties are Bahrainis and foreigners or who are foreign Muslims residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain shall ratify and ratify such contracts.
Consequently, one of the spouses must be a resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain
The required documents are passports, and obtain from the applicants marriage certificate issued by the Ministry of Health or certified by them stating that they undergo a medical examination for diseases specified by the Ministry of Health and subject to medical examination for the prospective marriage of both genders, and prove the number and date of this certificate and inform each party The certificate provided by the other party.

If one or both of the applicants is non-Bahraini, the authorized official must obtain the approval of the embassy of the non-Bahraini applicant and prove the consent of the applicant in the contract
