I had filled a labour case against my employer for...
I had filled a labour case against my employer for non payment of salary for 8 months .after a year long proceedings the judgement was passed in my favour, it has been three months since then and no action has been taken against him. When asked the my lawyer he said they are searching for funds of the company however it was not fruitful. My employer belongs to a wealthy family but doesn't care less to pay me. Im in severe financial crisis and need urgent help to get justice please help me how i can do so?

Article (56)
Workers who are hired at an annual or monthly wage are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two weeks. Thus, filing a lawsuit against the employer and getting a judgment, and this judgment has exhausted all degrees of litigation, so in this case you shall file an enforcement lawsuit to the judgment before the court of execution, as in the case of non-payment to you under the judgment, the employer is liable to imprisonment in addition to the legal questioning. The only guarantee to get the amount of the judgment is the enforcement lawsuit . Otherwise, you may obtain a detention order for the employer until he pays you.
