Good evening. I have unfit with resident viza.( about old scars tb) They want to put ban. But I want to get merry, and take husband viza after.( only for kllive in uae, no work) If I will make this process now, its possible don't take a ban? What I can do with my situation?

Its possible to make ban for resident viza only? I want visit Dubai like a tourist.. Even... We want merry - because we are had plan to do this. And we wanted to make family. But if I will left dubai with ban forever I will lost my man, my future.its so sad. How I can be together with him? I don't need to work here, I need make family.

By low - with old scars tb.( all my analysis good) only xray they don't like. Im living here 4 years, and maked 4 times viza, was all OK.) I can live in UAE with husband viza. Its why we are trying to find solution. Because maybe untill I'm here, we can fix situation. When I will left, will be difficult to come back me here. What I can do.? Help me plz.

If the employer cancelled the visa then there is no ban, as the sponsor can ban you if he didn’t cancel the visa. So cancelling the visa means that you will not be banned.

If the results prove that you are not affected by that disease then you will not be banned. If you were banned then you can apply grievance as it is illegal, as that may reach filing a case in the court to cancel the ban. I know same problem with another girl, she tried, but doctor told, that no one result can say 100% that its tb infection. He say its can come back any time. ( 5-10%) He didn't want to listen. And maked ban for her, forever. And same time I know story, when doctors say, if this analis negative-no virus.. Its mean all this can finish only by luck??? They will kill my life if make ban. I'm not dangerous and not a sick by this test. What I can do also... Can u recommended good lawyer in dubai? Who can help me to find any exit.
