What are the cause of vaginal discharge and bad smell
Bacterial infection
Fungal infection
Viral infection as herpes or HPV but it's less likely to cause discharge as it is mostly has ulcer it warts
How to treat
Zinnat 500 twice daily and clindacin local gel for Bacterial infection its mostly came with yellow or greenish discharge
Metronidazole vaginal supporters and flconazole 150 by mouth once
For fungal infection which came with whitish heavy discharge
Acyclovir and cryotherapy for viral infection
How to deffrentiate between them
HISTOPATHOLOGY and culture for discharge
