- Original birth certificate.
- Passports and copy of the valid residence.
- Certificate to prove the social status (single, married, divorced) accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE consulate.
After the completion of the above requirements, apply for marriage in the Judicial Department and the marriage will be formal with bringing two witnesses. The marriage certificate will be issued within days.
