We would like to inform you that The tenant and landlord are responsible for registering on the Ijari platform, but the most common procedure is the tenant's completion of the process and payment of the required fees. Registration can be completed through one of the authorized printing centers listed in the following list.
The lease registration process costs AED 195 (AED 160 registration fee plus AED 35 service charge for printing centers).
Once you have reached the center, you must fill out the registration form, so it is necessary to provide necessary information such as the new address and lease number along with copies of the documents below.

Documents required to register on the Ijari platform
-Original lease issued by the agency
-Warranty receipt
-Tenant's passport (for non-GCC nationals)
-UAE visa (for non-GCC nationals)
-UAE residence visa for the tenant
-Copies of the owner's passport (for individuals)
-A copy of the title deed of the leased property
-DEWA's property number (or copies of the latest DEWA bill and green / electronic bill accepted)
-One of the bills of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority and the previous “Ijari” contract in case of renewal
-Commercial license (in case of commercial real estate)

Upon completion of the registration process, a formal contract will be received from Ijari, containing a unique Ijari platform identification number. The tenant will then use this number to register with his Dubai Electricity and Water Authority account, which can now be easily done online.
