We would like to inform you that by the request of a local sponsor and under his responsibility, to the foreigner whose his work requires preliminary tests by some government authorities in preparation for his contract with his sponsor, provided that the sponsor brings the approval of the competent government authority and the visa is as follows:
Valid for use: within 2 months from the date of issue.
Valid for one month from the date of entry.
Extendable: For one month only, it is for one trip.

Fees: (20) OMR.
The fine in case of expiry of the visa (10) ten riyals for each day.

Required Attachments:
-Submit the electronic application form on the site to be certified and stamped by the sponsor and printed in Arabic for Arab nationalities and in English for non-Arab nationalities, and enclosed with the following documents:
-Attach two personal photos (4 × 6) cm.
-Copy of the foreigner's passport valid for at least six months.
-Submit a copy of the signature form for the authorized signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
-A copy of the valid certificate of membership of the Chamber, along with a copy of the valid Commercial Register.

 

If the application is submitted by a person other than the sponsor, the delegate must be Omani and have a written authorization issued by the General Directorate of Passports and Residence at the sponsor's request
