gud evening...im working now in kuwait with a factory visa in about 4 months.i asked for a release to my sponsor and they allow me to find another company.my question is could it be possible to transfer my visa?

Second, it does not matter if the word “factory” is mentioned in its name. There are hundreds of factories in Kuwait that do not have the word factory mentioned in their names.
Third, to verify any type of visa Article 18, your delegate (company representative) needs to check with the Public Workforce Authority / Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor. It can easily be done online by your delegate.
Finally, news about the transfer of factory visas turned out to be false after being denied by a senior official in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor
