I worked for good 4 month and the boss asked me to stop working leave me in ybe room no food allowance and another two month now making 6 month no salary and now telling me to go ....after ve wasted my visa in her company and she did not ready to clear my over stay ....but now my family need me I want to go to my country ....I don't want to die here pls help me am frustrated..... I ve the copy of my lagreement letter with me ....The woman is a YEMEN.Very wicked

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
