I would like to inform you that The deported has to appeal to the office of the minister of interior, this is what article 91 of the executive board stipulated, the UAE residence law:
Article 91
Based on article 23 of the law of foreigners residency laws, "The foreigner who was deported cannot get back to the country unless he/she obtains an approval letter from the Minister of Interior according to article 28 of the same law".
Therefore, you have to hire a lawyer in UAE and make an appeal to the office of the minister of interior.
Submit all related and proof documents. Your request will be examined and looked into by elite of law men and a decision will be made upon that.
