We would like to inform you that you may pay the overstay fines in:
1) Offices of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs,
2) or at the Immigration and Passport offices at the airport, plus an additional charge of 100 AED upon departure.
After paying the fine and correcting your status, you may book your flight ticket and leave the country, but you shall make sure when paying the fine whether the sponsor shall sign an application to cancel the residence or he wants to renew or not, so that you may leave the country without any legal problem.
