About the sustent OG father to their daughter.....

We would like to inform that the father has to spend on his daughter as much as he can and the father should file a lawsuit to see the child as stipulated in the Kuwaiti personal status law as follows:

Article 202

Article 203

Article 204

If there are many who are eligible for alimony, and there is not enough left in the left to pay alimony enough, all the alimony provided by the wife, then his children, then the mother, then the father.

Article 205

Alimony shall be due from the date of filing the lawsuit, or consensual against it.

Article 196

(A) The right to see parents and grandparents only.

(B) The custodian shall not prevent one of them from seeing the custody.

In case of prohibition and unwillingness to go to see the child at the other, the judge shall appoint a periodic appointment and a suitable place to see the child in which the rest of his family can see him.
