Sir Good evening I obtained acrrediated master degree certificate in contract management from one of the university in USA. I am in Kuwait with visa obtained as per my Diploma. This degree certificate to be legalised in Kuwait as per the law and my university is charging too much amount. On the contrary I am getting calls from Mosal thretning me to send for prosecution Please advise
