We would like to inform you that in accordance with the Bahraini Labor Law, every worker who has served with the employer for one full year shall be entitled to leave for a period of not less than 21 days with full payment for each year and it shall be increased to a minimum of 28 days after serving five consecutive years. The worker shall be entitled to leave for the fractions of the year by the period of his service. The employer have the right to determine the date of the annual leave. The annual leave may be divided by approval of the worker after the first half of its period, and this period may be postponed upon the request of the worker and the consent of the employer for a period not exceeding two years, provided that the worker receives ten consecutive days of leave per year. The worker shall be entitled to a cash allowance equivalent to his wage for the days of annual leave due to him after the the two-year period or if he terminates the employment contract before it is exhausted and that for the leave period which he did not get.

2. 30 days a year, where the worker’s period of service is more than one year.
