We would like to inform you that if you want to extract another passport instead of the lost one, then you have to inform the police in Ajman, then go to your country embassy and apply for issuing another passport and attach the below:
• 4 new personal photos with white background.
• 2 photos for each child added on the passport.
• Copy of the lost passport. " If there is"
• Copy of the family book and your ID.
• The police report and 2 copies of that report.
