We would like to inform that first, regarding visa cancellation you will not be banned if you terminate your employment contract legally. If your work contract is of unlimited duration, you must give 30 days notice before leaving the job but if the employer commits a violation of the contract of employment and the labor law, you can leave the work without notice.
Second: In respect of end of service indemnity A worker who has completed a year or more in continuous service shall be entitled to the end of service indemnity upon termination of his service. The remuneration shall be calculated as follows:
1. Twenty-one days' pay for each of the first three years of service
2.Wage of twenty-eight days for each of the following three years of service
3. Thirty-five days' wage for each year, in addition to that
The above remuneration shall not exceed a total of two years' remuneration.
Third: Regarding the weekly leave, the employer must abide by the terms of the contract and give you two days a week and giving you two days a month is considered a violation of the law.

regarding to my work time sir. everyday 12 hours. n then we have holiday bu he did not pay w/ me. even ihave my medikal certificate he give me a minus to my salary coz i did not work coz im not felling well even i have my midical certificate. thank you

Actual additional working hours shall not exceed two hours per day unless work is necessary to prevent, mitigate a serious loss or serious incident.
If the worker faces a problem in this regard, we advise him to do the following:
- File a complaint at the labor office against the employer
- File a lawsuit in the judge immediately as article 5 of the labor law states as follows:

As the article 65 stipulates the below:
The maximum normal working hours for adult workers shall be eight hours in the day, 48 hours in the week. They may be increased to nine hours a day in commercial establishments, hotels, cafeterias, security services and such other businesses as may be added by resolution of the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs.
The daily working hours may be reduced by resolution of the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, in the case of arduous or health-hazardous work. Two during the month of Ramadan shall reduce the normal working hours. The periods spent by a worker in traveling between his home and place of work shall not be included in his working hours
