After obtaining employment contract from Poland, you should apply at the embassy of Poland providing the following documents:

-ratified employment contract from Poland and from the official institutions in your country

-valid passport

-two photos

-criminal record which proves that you are free from any legal charges

-bank statement

-specifying the place of residence

-flight tickets booking
