If your inquiry relates, that your salary has not been received, and you want to file a complaint against your employer, since you are working in the free zone, here are the following information:
The UAE Labor Law does not allow the employer to withhold payment of wages to workers due to their due dates.
If the employer refuses to pay the salary on the due dates, the worker is entitled to apply for his late salaries and terminate the employment contract because the employer breach the obligations stipulated in the employment contract.
The complaint is submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, which will not examine the complaint and send it directly to the Labor Court, since the Ministry does not examine complaints related to workers in the free zones and send them to the Labor Court directly.
Here is the text of the UAE Labor Law regarding your inquiry:
Article (58)
It shall not be permissible to prove to workers the wage due to them, whatever its value or nature, except by writing, acknowledgment or oath.
And it is considered null and void any agreement otherwise, even if previously on the work of this law.
