My basic salary 1800 and i leave out from...
My basic salary 1800 and i leave out from accomodation then they paid me 850 total gross salary I am recieving 2650. Joining date 12 feb, 2019 immidiate resign 21 oct, 2019. I took only 1 pending off no vacation. My contract is limited I asked from labour they answered me to pay 45 days gross salary. So how much it will be? Can they put me ban if i pay that amount? Can i remove ban in case they will put ban? What i have to do not to get ban?

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law and Article 116 of the Law:
Article (116):
Where a contract is revoked by the worker for reasons other than those stipulated in Article (121), he shall be required to compensate the employer for any damage the latter sustains as a result, provided that the amount of compensation shall not exceed half a month wage for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
Article (116):
