hi sir, My HIV Antibody result came as 0.159. so...

What is the normal range of HIV antibody ?
- less than  0.9 cosidered negative ( dont have HIV )
- 0.9 - 1   considered borderline and need to redo the test 
- greater than 1 means positive ( have HIV ) 
HIV Antibody result came as 0.159. so it means I dont have HIV right sir?
