Hi I'm thinking of going into a contract as a expat buying or putting done a deposit on an unfinished property tht due for completing in 2020 Sept. How risky is this. Alot of property have not been completed in Dubai. is this real or a fake service. I have a cr card debt so don't really want to take out any further loans

There is no problem for you to buy an unfinished residential unit as long as you get a contract concluded with the delivery dates and specifications of the received unit. Also, know that, your contract has to have a clause of paying compensations for you, in case of any delay by the company.
