We would like to inform you that foreigners can get an investor visa by Omani government, which is valid for use within 6 months from the date of issuance.

First: Conditions for issuing this visa

-          The age should not be less than 21 years.

-          Obtain approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for investment in the Sultanate

Second:  Fill the Application

-          Fill the online form through the Sultanate of Oman website, at the following link:

-          2) You will then withdraw the form and send it to the Passports and Residence Section provided that the following documents are attached to the application:

1)      Two personal photos (4 x 6) cm.

2)      Copy of the investor's passport valid for at least six months.

3)      Original partnership certificate issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry with a copy of it.

4)      A copy of the signature form of the authorized partners issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

5)      Bringing the labor license issued by the Ministry of Manpower to be stamped with an investor stamp.

6)      A copy of the valid Omani Chamber of Commerce and Industry membership card

7)      Copy of valid commercial registration.

8)      Original and copy of medical examination.

9)      Fees not exceeding RO 50
