Hello, I woke up 20 mins ago, my heart rate was really high around 115 bpm, I have a sore throught, my nose is blocked, I can feel my heart through my ear, my ears also are a little bit sore, and my body temperature is 34°C. What do I do.

Treatment of sore throat and increased heartbeats
I see the following- Based on your symptoms you mentioned , it is expected to have URTI and sore throat which can cause all these symptoms.
- Increased heartbeats is due to sore throat and blocked nose you have thus do not worry
- It is better to repeat measurement of temperature again.
- Take analgesic like SEDPRIN tabs twice daily
- Take antihistamine drugs like CETIRIZINE 10 mg once daily to relieve symptoms.
- You can take antibiotic like AMOXICILLIN 500 mg three times daily for one week.
- It is expected to have symptoms improvement within days of treatment.
Symptoms of URTI
There are many symptoms like- Headache
- Fever
- Runny nose
- Blocked nose
- Sore throat
- Ear pain and blockage
- Joints and muscles pain
