We would like to inform you that the Saudi expat can visit UAE with tourist visa by applying to any travel agency or by the embassy and he shall attach the below documents:
· Copy of valid passport for at least 6 months
· Two photographs same as the passport copy with a white background
· Flight booking
· Hotel booking
· Bank statement
However, your friend has to be assure that he hold the nationality that is agreed to enter UAE.
