Hai doc iam from india, its been 5 months that i got married. Now we are resides in qatar. I am suffering from anxiety and low confidence. I am not able to do anything feel so sad and hopeless sometimes Nd morning sickness too. Cant able to wake up early on the morning. Since childhood i used to be an introvert, but i too had dreams and passion. But now at this point of time the problem is getting worse. I am very happy in our marriage and he too..he is too caring and loving. But the problem is i cant stay in front of huge no of people like a social phobia. Pleass help me out

We would like to inform you that psychological depression is an unbalanced psychological state that affects on the body and soul and is represented in a combination of feelings of extreme sadness, frustration, despair and an acre of hope, affecting all aspects of life and hinders activity and daily life, and lose fun in life.

The reasons of depression could be heredity as one of the family was injured before, or the psychological pressure due to repeated failures or painful experiences, and may be due to an imbalance in the hormone responsible for the mood and feel depression.

Symptoms

·         Feeling of general psychological fatigue and physical fatigue.

2.      Cognitive therapy lies in getting rid of illogical and negative habits and replacing them with a positive and bright outlook on life.

 

3.      Behavioral therapy through:

·         Exercise to empty negative chefs and rejuvenate.

·         Relaxation exercises to reduce anxiety, stress and stress.

·         Take care of good sleep habits and healthy diet.

·         Take care of self entertainment daily.

·         Focus on getting rid of the main causes of depression.

·         Talk about the feelings of educators as a kind of discharge and lighting soft and help him and support him to overcome this situation.

 

4.      Psychiatrist should be assessed to assess the condition and dispense an antidepressant if necessary, and follow up with the doctor until you have normal life.
