I can not understand what do you mean by gastric. Do you mean pain in stomach?
Please clarify what are the symptoms you are suffering from

cut off all the previously mentioned risk factors and use the following prescription for 14 days then if H.pylori test was positive

- bloating
- vomiting of blood in severe untreated cases
- severe abdominal pain
- dark or brown stool
- Full medical history and examination by medical doctor or gastroenterologist
- CBC test
- H.pylori stool antigen test
- gastroscopy
