We would like to inform you that if you are an expat in Kuwait and you had got a loan and paid it fully, and the request to get information then you have to note that when the relation between you and the authority that granted you the loan is finished, then you can't ask for any information unless the statement for the paid loan.
For the fees, there are little fees and it is differ from bank to another. So you can review that authority and get information by paying fees estimated by the bank.
