Lawyer's Assistant: Where are you located? It matters because laws vary by location
I am in Abu Dhabi and sadly had to resign from work 31st Oct- no response/support for accident from my school HR or manager for accomodation and accident caused by serious water leakage
Lawyer's Assistant: Has anything been filed or reported?
I sent a number of emails and called both my school senior HR dept and manager for school apartments and feel ignored and given no time off due to just starting new job Sept and my final pay deducted and no response about my visa costs and medical/taxi fees to/from hospital I am told not school fault or apartment company fault I had accident due to serious water leak - I just moved in apartment and devastated!
