It is utterly prohibited to sell human organs, including the eyes, since paying money for human organs is illegal. We recommend that you avoid this to avoid legal penalties.
Here is the text of Federal Decree No. 5 of 2016:
Article 5:
it is prohibited :
-sell or buy human organs, all or part f them, or human tissue by any mean or to take money for it in return
-to conduct transferring or transplanting operations, or to participate in them in case it they are violating the provisions of this law
- to advertise, announce, promote or mediate the unlicensed transplanting operations for all or part of the human tissue or organs
-Financing transplanting operations for all or part of the human tissue or organs once a person know that the donator has been paid to donate.
