We would like to inform you that you can make authorization to your son so he could follow the legal procedures instead of you in South Africa. That authorization shall be done by notary then certify it from the concerned employee and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs then send it to the embassy to certify it, and that doesn’t need to be signed by the other party.
