I have been working in Dubai for 2 yrs now, I went home after finishing 2yrs contract on July 3rd and came back on August 20th with a visit visa of 1month, I finished that and renewed another one of 1 month which is experiring on 13th of November, in the process of doing medical to get employment visa I was found I have tb and I am now admitted in Dubai muhaisnah hospital for treatment of one month,so my question is what will happen when my visa expires while am in the hospital?

We would like to inform you that if you have TB and your visa has expired or even before your visa expires, if your name is assigned among the deportees by the Health Authority, then you will be deported.
As the authority states that “All health care providers who receive cases of HIV / AIDS / TB, leprosy or viral hepatitis (b) or (c), they should notify the authority via the hotline immediately.”
