I would like to ask how go about a complaint...
I would like to ask how go about a complaint against a male driving instructor for behaving inappropriately with a female customer by trying to contact physically and talking inappropriately by talking about female anatomy while giving lessons. We have a 6 hours course completion certificate under the instructor name name. This incident happened in abudhabi. We have discontinued and class. We have not yet spoke to him regarding this till we figure out a way he doesn’t get away without any action.

We would like to inform you that it is better to do the below:
1- File a complaint against that person to the company he works with.
2- File a report against him in the police office, as this is considered in UAE crimes of harassment, whether by word or deed, it is a crime punishable by law. As for verbal harassment is punishable by one year imprisonment and a fine of up to AED 10,000.
Therefore, you have to proof that this person is doing such acts as if there were cameras in the place where the incident happened.
