What to do first ?
1. if you sexually active , you should take home pregnancy test 
2. if its possible , consult an OBGYN doctor soon , its better and safer 
What to do get period ?
- if you are not sexually active or got cleared by negative home pregnancy test , you can do the following :
1. take an OCP such as duphaston 
2. the doses are : 2 pills daily / 1 pill every 12 hours 
3. take it for 5 days , and if you didnt get your period , consult your doctor as soon as possible 
duphaston side effects :
1, Bleeding between menses
2. Painful periods
3. Breast pain
4. Feeling depressed
5. Nausea
6. Abnormal liver function
7. Pulsating headache
8. Hypersensitivity reactions
