Hello docter . I was doing exercises for 1 year...
Hello docter .
I was doing exercises for 1 year bun now i stoped it for 2 months . That time i took too much protein content foods . But till now my urine is very foamy . I heard that foamy urine have to chek for albimium.
I did a test for micro albimium . Result was 33 g . What it means ?

Normal protein level in urine:
- Normal less than 30
- Micro albuminuria between 30-300
- Macroalbuminuria more than 300
Causes of high protein in urine:
Many causes can lead to this problem as:
- Heavy exercise
- High protein diet
- Renal diseases
- Diabetes
- Fever
- Dehydration
- Urine infection...etc
Diagnosis of the cause of high protein in urine:
You have to visit your doctor for clinical examintion and investigations as
- urea, creatinine
- Glucose level
- urine analysis
- 24 hours urine protein level
- Na, K, Ca, Cl
- ABGs
What i advise you?
Do not worry, as 33 is not to high and it is usually does not medical treatment, you have to drink good amount of water daily and avoid salts.
