What is the treatment of testicular pain

1. CONSERVATIVE therapy, cool compresses and lift the testes with a special corset

2. Take analgesics such as arcoxia

3. Antibiotics in cases of inflammation of the epididymis such as ciprofloxacin or doxycyclin or ceftriaxone 
4.The presence of abscess on one of the testicles, and open it and clean it with antibiotics

6. Surgical exploration in case of collection fluids  blood collection or hematoma , or varicose veins on the testicles

What causes testicular pain.

2. Urine examination and culture
