The Qatari Labor Law stipulates that a worker who is injured during work shall be entitled to full wage for six months and after six months shall receive half of his wage until the full treatment of the injury. In addition, the employer bears the costs of treatment. Although there is a mistake on your part to provide a real acknowledgment that the injury occurred in your home, you may retract it, and file a complaint against your employer if he or she has not given you your wage or terminates the employment contract. You have been cheated by some of the employees of the company and pressured you to make incorrect statements that the injury has occurred to you at home, although the injury occurred to you during the work.

Here is the text of the Qatari Labor Law related to your inquiry:
Article (109)
The worker who sustains a work injury shall be entitled to receive medical treatment appropriate to his condition at the cost of the employer in accordance with the decision of the competent medical authority.
The worker shall receive his full wage during the treatment period or the period of six months whichever is nearer. If the treatment continues for a period exceeding six months the worker shall be paid half of his wage until his recovery or proof of his permanent disability or death whichever is nearer.
