We would like to inform you that according to the Italian Labor Law, if your husband wants to terminate the work contract then there is no fees for that but he has to follow the legal way such as the notice period and notify when he resign, or the employer may ask for compensation according to the damage that followed the company after termination.

Good day!Because my husband telling me that he need to pay his termination fee cost of 600 u.s dollar...but he dont have access to his account thats why i need to pay the amount that he was need to pay...uncertainly he work as m.d surgeon on that company,,chevron company was his company and he was working at the sea so i need to send the money thru express money..is this possible that dont have bank on the sea?i was confused this situation please help me to know what is the real reason in this company.thank you so much...
